The hotel had its ups and downs during our two-week stay. While the room was spacious and had the basics, it was placed far from the main building and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The food was decent but repetitive, with one unfortunate experience at the à la carte restaurant that resulted in food poisoning. Despite these issues, the staff were generally helpful, especially at the buffet. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I expected more for the price.

My stay at the Best Western Beach Resort was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is right on Bangtao beach, making it super convenient for beach lovers. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view of the sea, though the chargeable minibar caught me off guard as an all-inclusive guest. Dining options were plentiful and delicious, but I found the constant signing for meals slightly annoying. Still, I left with great memories and would definitely recommend it to others.
